Multiple immediate start opportunities available for trade qualified and experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters.

You will deliver a first-class service to our customers, across automotive, on-highway (medium and heavy duty), agricultural and mining product applications. You will perform predominantly breakdown and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring our customers are back up and running safely and efficiently.

The ideal team member will possess:

  • Trade Qualification - Cert III Engineering ( Diesel Fitting )
  • Solid diagnostic and IT capabilities
  • Prior experience in field services
  • Experience as a Mechanic in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, mining equipment, and similar applications, including engine overhauls and major repairs
  • Knowledge and experience of working on Yellow, Orange and Blue products - highly desirable
  • Previous experience in working remotely and responding to work at short notice is highly regarded
  • Committed to a No Harm Environment
  • A mature attitude and logical and methodical approach to your work

The position involves maintenance and repair of a varied fleet of equipment from small engines to excavators and EWP equipment.

We are seeking motivated and experienced applicants for the role of CSD Technician to work at North West Regional Hospital

Details of Appointment

1 x Fixed Term Shift Worker position working on an as and when required basis for a 12 month period

Reporting to the Nurse Manager - Central Sterilising Department , the focus of duties of this role are:

  • Decontaminates, packages, sterilises and distributes reusable medical devices (RMDs) for the Operating Theatre and other specialist and general areas;
  • Maintains a clean and hygienic environment to facilitate the control of infection in the Central Sterilising Department (CSD).

Please note: subsequent appointments may be made from this process and notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.

HIILS Technical Services are looking to engage suitably qualified, experienced technicians to assist in the installation of Fixed Wireless to residential properties.   • Current Australian drivers’ licence
  • Current first aid
  • Current CPR
  • Safety at Heights – issued within the past 2 years

  • Public liability insurance ($20 million)
  • Reliable fit for purpose commercial vehicle
